I have been engaged in a unilateral stand off with the promoters of London of late, as I have been stamping my tiny foot (actually it's quite a big foot.) and refusing to play nights put on by condescending idiots half my age trying to suggest I'm lucky to be playing their amazing night; when it is clearly they who would be lucky if I prevailed upon my skilled and righteous cohorts to patronise their establishment.

Hence lack of gigs.

However a gig which meets my approval (nice place, good bill, jolly vibes) has appeared, and it is THIS:

Line up - A more acoustic rendition- me on guitar and Jason on Fiddle. So a more mellow performance. Probably more new songs.

Emma Tricca is a fingerstyle guitar lady who sings very sweetly. Is definitely an opportunity worth taking to get to see her for free.

So come down. I might or might not bring extra treats.

IN other news, we got played on the radio in July more than once! WHoopee! However have still only sold 10, yes 10 copies of the album from web sales. Which means there are still some left.

The next album is underway and I reckon Spring 2010 might be a plausible release.
