Hello.
Candythief was started by Diana De Cabarrus, and the live Candythief line up at full strength consists of Jem Doulton on drums and beatific backing vocals, Jason Simpson on bass, and Jason Dickinson on fiddle.
Choose a song to the right to listen to it! These tracks are all from our latest album, Technicolour Wilderness.
Latest News / Album not available at Fence but at Rough Trade; gig at Old police station; Diana & school of life

So go buy it! Some of it! Even half a track! If you need reminding, this is what they said:
‘From the opening notes of ‘Foreign Sands’, a stunning piece of catchy folk-pop, full of infectious melodies, with fiddle and boisterous percussion to the fore, topped off with Diana de Cabarrus’s distinctive, warm vocals, to the gentle, uplifting closer, A Good Day’, Candythief display an unnerving knack for a killer melody, with plenty of twists, turns and thorns, developing a simple palette of basic colours and textures to push the boundaries into something more wide-screen, vivid, ambitious and, well, technicolour.' I, Diana, will also be leading the congragation at the School of Life's alternative Sunday Sermon (this Sunday on Frugality, given in usual tongue in cheek fashion by Tim Harford, otherwise known as The Undercover Economist, in a seasonal rendition of 'santa baby'
